The ideal and idyllic Lakka
It is located at the northern end of the island at the end of a sheltered bay and owes its name to the residents of Souli, who were chased by Ali Pasha and fled to Paxos and Antipaxos. In Lakka, you will find the stone lighthouse, which was built in 1832, has a height of 36 meters and rises 108 meters above sea level.
The picturesque small harbor is extremely popular for those traveling by boat, while in the safe waters of the bay, many boats of all types and sizes moor.
For your stay in Paxos, you can book a room in one of the hotels and Bed & Breakfast inns.
In Lakka, as well as in many other areas of the island, there are hotels and accommodations of various categories and types (rooms to let, residences, Bed & Breakfast inns, studios, hostels, guesthouses and furnished apartments) that can satisfy every visitor's demands and needs for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
You will find wonderful hotels, rooms and apartments to let of all categories and price ranges.
