You can reach Psara from Piraeus through Chios (4 hours duration) by the ship "Panagia Psariani". Also there is a coastal link with Lavrio by the ship "Saos II" and with Mytilene. 

You can go to Chios by plane and then by ship or by boat from the port of Volissos to Psara.
