Piraeus is linked to Patmos by daily routes to Skala of Patmos, with a trip duration approximately 10 hours and via routes for destination to Leros, Kalymnos, Kos, Rhodes, Paros, Amorgos, Astypalea, Kaso, Sitia and Agios Nikolaos, Crete.
The local Dodecanese ferry routes connect Patmos to Arki, Pythagorion Samos, Agathonisi, Lipsi, Leros, Kalymnos, Kos, Nisyros, Tilos, Symi, Rhodes, Cyclades and the Eastern Aegean islands.
It runs directly from the island of Patmos to Lipsi and Arki (1 hour and 15 minutes), Leros (2 hours and 30 minutes) and and Kos.
From Thessaloniki there are routes through the islands of Ikaria - Samos - Chios - Lesvos.
There is direct connection to the island of Samos and Ikaria while Rhodes is connected via route Symi - Tinos - Nisyros - Kos - Kalymnos - Leros - Lipsi - Patmos .

Flying dolphings connect the island of Patmos to Kos (about 2 hours) , Leros (30 minutes) and Rhodes (3 hours) in 3 hours and even through the route Rhodes - Kos - Kalymnos - Leros - Patmos - Samos with frequent departures.

The island has no airport, but you can reach Patmos through the airports of Kos or Samos.
