Lakka is a scenic seasonal settlement with traditional houses, beautiful back streets and small squares. Around Lakka there are olive trees, pines and cypresses that impress the visitor. You can admire the beautiful sunset from the Lighthouse and also the sea cave Ipapanti that was a refuge for the submarines of the allies during the Second World War. You can swim at the beach Harami, at Kanoni, at Planous, at Arkoudaki, at Orko and at Lako.
Some places you can visit from the village Magazia are: the majestic landscape of Erimitis with the steep cliffs, the Kastanida, an area with wild natural beauty and the Ortholithos, an impressive vertical rock in a short distance from the west coast of the island. The Ozias is a coastal place spread on low hills. There, there are the ruins of an early Christian church of Agia Marina, and the ruins of the church of St. Stefanos at Porto.Near Paxos are the islets of Agios Nikolaos, Panagia, Moggonisi and Kaltsonisi. Along the western coast are the islets Marmaro, Katergo and Ortholithos.

Daily ferry routes are scheduled from and towards Igoumenitsa to Paxos (Gaios) and Corfu via Igoumenitsa.
