The house of silk Tsiakiri has been activated for 60 years in production of silk in Soufli that has created with a lot of love a unique place at the city center of Soufli.

His aim is to highlight and save the rich tradition of the region in silk.

Original exhibits combined with modern technology, lead the visitor step by step on a journey as unique as the same silk.


The Silk Art Museum is housed in a renovated neoclassical building, where visitors of the museum can get a glimpse of silk production steps through the exhibits works.

The exhibits are supplemented with video highlighting all stages of rearing silkworms to the final product.

The Museum of Art Silk host exhibitions and other events on the subject of art and culture.

The museum fulfills all the conditions for access for people with special needs (disabled people) (entrance ramps, lifts and disabled toilets)

In the museum shop you will find a wide range of products from the collection of the House of Silk Tsiakiris.
