Parnassus is one of the highest Greek mountains which is spread at prefectures of Voiotia, Fthiotida and Fokida, is one of the most famous and hospitable mountains of Greece, this fact is mainly based on:

• the ski center of Parnassus, the most organised and great of the country
• national park in Parnassus, that consists of the most beautiful parks with rich fauna and flora
• the Archaeological site of Delphi, that is a pole of attraction for millions of tourists from all over the world.
• in close distance from the capital, the biggest city center, offering an one more chance for one day trip
• the geographic position in the center of Greece, that is easily accessible from most places
• the diversity in many forms of alternative tourism
• the great number of accommodation from all types and categories and also entertainment centers
• the excellent organisation
• the excellent environment and the unique beauty of the natural scenery

The greatest height we meet at Liakoura in the height of 2.457 meters. It consists of one of the north endings of Pindos mountain, with southwest side that connects with Gkiona and north side that connects with Kirfi.

Between two higher hills, Liakoura and Gerontovrachou (2.367 meters) that looks at the Korinthian gulf and the back of Arnovrisi we meet the famous ski center of Parnassus at the positions of Kellaria and Fterolaka.

Most of the time the two hills are covered with snow. On the contrary on the hills of the mountain we find vegetation of firs, cedars, pines and wild plum.

The fauna of Parnassus hosts many species of wild animals as wolves, foxes, ferrets, weasels, squirrels, eagles, vultures, hawks, wild goats, wild boars, snakes and many more.

There are many routes for hiking friends, in all Parnassus area with the famous european path of great distances E4, to cross west side offering to their guests unique pictures of natural beauty and amazing view.
