Hania of Pelion
Hania is a small mountain village at an altitude of 1200 meters built in a dense beech forest. It is the passage from West to East Pelion, and the most mountainous village of Pelion.
You'll find plenty of accommodation for your stay, shops and ski rental shops and several dining places.
The village takes its name from the many inns, (Hania) located in the area, where, in the past, stayed overnight travelers and traders.
Today, next to the village, at Agrioleukes, operates one of the finest ski resorts in Greece. The ski lovers descend the slopes with the frozen as fossils trees, gazing at their left Pagasitikos and on the right the Aegean Sea.
