The unique Kolimpithres beach in Paros island
Perhaps the most "unique" and "peculiar" beach in Paros, what categorizes and is of a great interest is the granite cliffs that surround it, as a result of erosion, have taken different forms and have created some natural cavities in a shape of a "font".
You will find "fonts" that holds two or three people or other larger ones and at the surrounding beautiful sandy beach you will find sun-beds and umbrellas that will make your swim more pleasant.
The carved rocks are almost spherical, without sharp edges and in forms that stir the imagination, they reach the sea's edge forming successive beaches.
The waters are cool and clear, with the shadows of the cliffs mirrored into the sea giving all shades of blue from the darkest to a lighter blue at its shallower points.
They are located in the western location of the gulf of Naoussa on the north side of Paros, within walking distance from the picturesque fishing village of Naousa.
Access to Kolimpithres is easy
by your own means of transport or by boat leaving from the port of Naoussa (choose to make this trip by boat for at least one time even if you have your own vehicle).
Within walking distance from the beach run a few restaurants where you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes and fresh local fish.
