It is considered as one of the best beaches on the island with a large fine sandy shore. Like the Daphni beach, it also belongs to the National Marine Park of Zakynthos.

With fine, golden sand and crystal clear blue waters, it attracts every visitor to the island. On the beach, you will find sun loungers and parasols for a comfortable stay and a pleasant swim.

Water sports and beach bars are banned for the turtle’s safety but within walking distance you will find many catering and entertainment shops.
The distance of Gerakas beach from Zakynthos town is about 18 km and you can easily get there by your car as you can find several parking spaces.
