A new ski resort in the heart of the Pieria Mountains and a traditional village promising you unforgettable moments of relaxation and calm.

Elatohori consists of two settlements. In a traditional village, Old Elatohori and the current settlement. The traditional settlement was destroyed when the entire village was burned by the Germans on January 27 of the entry 1944. With the functioning of the Ski center the Old agrotourism village experienced rapid growth, without losing either as a minimum its traditional character.

Walking in the narrow streets of the village, you can easily distinguish the taste of people professionally active in Elatohori. Stone guesthouses and taverns serving local specialties, in harmony with the nature that surrounds the settlement with beech, chestnut and oak trees create a magical place.

Beside the traditional village is the current settlement of Elatohori at an altitude of 850 meters. The old name of the village was Skouterna from the many "Skoutas" - thick woolen fabric manufactured in the village
