Agios Germanos is a mountainous village of Florina and is on the altitude of 1.040 meters, in a small distance from the lake Great Prespa.
Just 45 kilometers away from Florina and 44 kilometers from Kastoria and only 7 kilometers from the lakes Prespes, and for this reason appear clearly from the panoramic view of the village.
It is characterized as the only village in the area of Prespes that has preserved the old stone houses from the past, a characteristic sample of the local architecture.

All visitors passing by Agios Germanos do not miss to visit the homonymous byzantine church of 10th century and also the temple of Agios Athanasios.

On the northeast side of the village, its appearance makes the small river Stara with the small fountains, crystal water and fishes. Parallel to the river, through the forest, you can reach the beautiful, and if you continue to the hills Kalo Nero (Bella Voda) and Mazi in altitude of 2.156 m. and 2.060 m., the view of the lakes that will meet will be an amazing experience.

The residents of the area gives a particular importance in continuing their cultural heritage. This has as a consequence to exist a Children Library in the village, an Information center for the environment whilst organised tours are happenned by the tour guides.
