The short distance from the town of Skiathos (just 2 km.), the very good and well organized wonderful beach and the facilities for visitors have made the Achladies beach an attraction for many tourists and excursionists visiting Skiatho.

In the area around the beach there are many amphitheatrically built accommodation businesses (hotels, rooms, furnished apartments), of various types and categories, and several taverns that will offer you an excellent meal.
The Achladies Beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for the services to its visitors, the good organization of the beach and the purity of the sea water.

You can visit Achladies with you own car or two-wheeler, or with taxis and buses on a regular and dense service.
You even have the option of getting there by boat from the port of Skiathos.
